Morrowledger provides treasury, AP ledger, and cash-workflow software for business customers. Features, availability, and service levels may change as we improve the product.

Accounts & acceptable use

• You must provide accurate business information and keep credentials secure.
• You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers.
• You remain responsible for payment instructions and approvals your users authorize in the system.

Intellectual property

Site content, trademarks, and software are owned by Morrowledger or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use the services as contracted — not ownership of our IP.

The site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. Morrowledger does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Cash forecasts and ledger views depend on data you and your banks supply.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Morrowledger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
